Getting rid of weeds in your garden

A non toxic solution to get rid of weeds in your garden.   Tip: It’s a good idea to spray in the middle of the plant before plants go to seed and also to aim another shot near the stem at ground level so the vinegar can soak down to the roots.  Plan to do the spraying in fine weather – if it rains in the next day or so after application, then you will need to give the weeds another spray. Vinegar is non selective so it will kill other plants, so make sure you only spray it on the weeds you want to get rid of. If you don’t want anything to grow in the soil you can add in 1/2 cup of salt into the mixture below and stir in well until dissolved.

DYC White Vinegar (or DYC Apple Cider Vinegar)

Dishwashing liquid

1
Fill a spray 2L bottle with DYC White or Apple Cider Vinegar and add a ½ tablespoon of dishwashing liquid (the dishwashing liquid helps the vinegar to stick onto the weed leaves)
2
Spray the solution directly onto your unwanted weeds.
