Clean Outdoor Furniture and Decks If you have mould on your outdoor furniture, try these vinegar tips Spray full-strength DYC white vinegar directly onto mouldy surfaces. The stain should come off most surfaces and the vinegar should help keep it from coming back for a while. If the mould is still apparent, follow ‘Step2’ from the below directions.    

1 cup Ammonia

1/2 cup DYC White Vinegar

1/4 cup Baking Soda

4 litres Warm Water

Toothbrush

Spray full-strength DYC White Vinegar directly onto mouldy surfaces. Leave to soak for 30 minutes and scrub. Rinse with water to clean.

If step one doesn't rid of the mould: Mix a solution of 1 cup ammonia, 1/2 cup DYC White Vinegar, and 1/4 cup baking soda mixed in 4 litres warm water.

Soak mouldy surfaces for 30 minutes and then scrub. Rinse with clean water.

Keep an old toothbrush on hand to work the solution into corners and other tight spaces.
