Marinated Fish

Make sure that you are using fresh fish. This marinade works well when preparing raw fish salads. Cut fish into bite size chunks.  Place in a bowl and cover with vinegar. Add onion, ginger and chillies.  Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until fish has cooked appearance.  Stir occasionally. Drain fish and combine carefully with green pepper, salt and pepper. The DYC Marinated Fish serves 4 as a main course or 6 as an entree.

500g fresh lean white fish fillets
1 cup DYC Cider Vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 – 2 fresh chillies, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
Salt and pepper
