How to wash fruit and vegetables

Did you know that fruit and vegetables are one of the most handled items in the supermarket? Its important to wash your fruit and vegetables when you get them home. Vinegar is non toxic which makes it ideal to use. Vinegar is very effective at killing bacteria and the flu virus – see link for independent research.  Like many other products no testing has been done on Covid-19 – see link to US infectious disease expert on Covid-19. Tip: You can use the remaining white vinegar and water solution in your dishwasher – simply pour inside the bottom of your dishwasher.
