Chefs Marinade

This simple combination of everyday ingredients best compliment beef or pork. Make sure to allow at least 2 hours marinating time.

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.

Cool your Chefs Marinade completely.  Pour over beef or pork and marinate for 2 – 8 hours.

1 cup DYC Spiced Vinegar
1 tbsp mild soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp oil
